Eternity Beauty Salon

Dear Friends,We knew Shellac was going to break records and that it would change the lives of salon professionals by building their businesses and creating new clients. In this economy we hoped it would happen quickly because we knew salon professionals were struggling. We planned for success by making double the initial quantities of any other product launch in our history. However, we never anticipated it would take off like it did. Although we are extremely excited about the future business Shellac will bring to everyone, we are deeply sorry for the current situation. We know the lack of availability has put salon professionals in a difficult position with their clients. During a time in which we expected to be celebrating the success of Shellac and its future growth, we are distressed that we have upset customers in the short term.We continue to make aggressive strides to get Shellac back in stock. In order to manufacture Shellac in larger bulk quantities, we had to conduct several tests to ensure quality. These tests are complete and we are now producing Shellac in larger quantities, though it may still be several weeks before Shellac is fully in stock at every distributor store. Our first order of business is to produce mass quantities of Shellac Base Coat and deliver to our distributors as quickly as possible. We will keep you apprised of this effort as we move through the production process. We’ve had the opportunity to speak personally with many of you and we appreciate your candor and openness. We were particularly impressed with those of you who have put alternative success plans in place for your clients who love Shellac but need follow-up services in the short-term.
Some plans that have been shared with us include:
Delaying Shellac application on any new clients until it is fully back in stock.
For natural nail clients that started on Shellac: removing Shellac using CND Remover Wraps, performing a standard manicure and finishing with nail color.
For enhancement clients that were transitioned to Shellac: removing Shellac using CND Remover Wraps, performing light enhancement prep, followed by a thin coating of Brisa or CND Liquid and Powder to protect nails.
Please be assured, Shellac will be BACK in stock…in a big way! And when it is, we will help you get the word out to your existing clients as well as new ones through new salon marketing and promotional tools. We greatly appreciate your business and thank you for your patience and loyalty.
